What is Gcmaf?
GcMAF is a protein that enhances the body’s natural immune system by activating macrophages. Macrophages are white blood cells that engulf and digest cellular debris, foreign substances, and pathogens. GcMAF can also increase the effectiveness of cancer drugs and vaccines.
Currently, there are few medical professionals who offer GcMAF treatment. However, a number of patients claim to have been cured by GcMAF. Some of these patients are featured in online video testimonials made by the founder of a GcMAF clinic, Amanda Mary Jewell.
0.5ml of High Dose GcMAF is administered via subcutaneous (SC) or intramuscular (IM) injection 2-3 times per week. The product is prepared from degalactosylated/desialylated human serum and without isolation of Gc protein using vitamin D affinity chromatography, resulting in higher concentration, stability, and activity of the final GcMAF product. GcMAF has been shown to activate macrophages, generate superoxide radicals and show anti-angiogenic and anti-tumor effects. It is produced under aseptic conditions in a specialized facility and subject to sterile filtration.
How is Gcmaf made?
Our GcMAF is produced in Japan from bovine colostrum using a proprietary process. It is available in capsules, sprays (discontinued), and lollies (lozenges). It has been clinically demonstrated to increase the maturation of dendritic cells and to have phagocytosis and superoxide generation activities. It has also been shown to cure a variety of cancers, including prostate, breast, stomach, liver, lung (including mesothelioma), colon, kidney, bladder and ovary.
A chemist who sold the reporter GcMAF says it is a “natural immunotherapy” from Bulgaria, via Surrey, and Mexico. She claims to treat a range of cancers and other diseases and says her patients have returned to her after conventional treatments failed. She has posted online video testimonials from cancer patients saying the GcMAF cured them, but many have since died. One cancer patient who spent her retirement savings on GcMAF has had her tumours recur. Fiona O’Leary, an autism campaigner, told the BBC that people are being “given false hope”. GcMAF is not licensed in the UK and has never been through proper clinical trials.
How is Gcmaf used?
GcMAF stimulates macrophages, a type of white blood cell that engulfs and destroys foreign substances, including cancer cells. It can also increase the effectiveness of other therapies, such as chemotherapy or radiation for cancer.
Unlike many conventional therapies, GcMAF does not have any cumulative side effects. Therefore, patients can use it as long as they wish to, if their health condition continues to exist.

This improved product can be stored at room temperature for up to two weeks and for up to one year refrigerated without losing its activity.
Treatment is administered via intravenous injection or oral administration of Colostrum GcMAF capsules. Good aseptic technique is required, including the use of pharmaceutical ethanol (ethyl alcohol) to swab the top of the vials before inserting needles. What are the side effects of Gcmaf?
Injecting human GcMAF into a patient’s body causes the macrophages to activate and then kill cancer cells. It also increases the number of mature dendritic cells and has anti-angiogenic and antitumor properties. It can also inhibit the growth of tumors in laboratory tests. GcMAF also enhances the sensitivity of cancer cells to ozone, a highly reactive oxygen species that is produced in some tissues.
Treatment with GcMAF appears to be safe and has no cumulative toxicity. It can be repeated as often as needed, as long as the disease is present. In a case study, a MS patient treated with oral colostrum GcMAF and son dynamic therapy (SDT) showed significant improvement in her motor ability.
While more research is needed, GcMAF may have the potential to harness the immune system by activating macrophages. Although it isn’t FDA-approved, people are able to purchase GcMAF supplements online. However, some of these products are marketed by individuals and may not be of the highest quality.
